Character design is a creative and collaborative process. My goal is to bring your character to life with clarity, personality and visual appeal, always maintaining my own artistic style and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project.

1. Starting materials

To begin, I’ll need:

  • A brief description of the character: personality, role, distinctive traits, etc.
  • Reference images that help convey the tone, aesthetic or atmosphere you’re aiming for.

This helps me understand the essence of the character and begin exploring it visually.

2. First stage: Initial sketch

I create an initial sketch that includes the four basic poses:

  • 3/4 front (full body)
  • 3/4 back (full body)
  • Two head details

Estimated time: three business days. You can request any necessary adjustments during this stage.

3. Second stage: Lineart

Once the initial sketch is approved, I complete the lineart for all poses. Estimated time: three business days.

The inked drawing is delivered for your approval before moving on to color.

4. Third stage: Color and final delivery

After the lineart is approved, I proceed with the final color. Estimated time: four business days.

Before the final payment, you’ll receive a 144 dpi watermarked preview for review.

5. Revisions

You have two revision rounds at no extra cost once the final art is delivered. Additional changes are available at 20 euros per modification.

6. Additional content

If you want to expand the character sheet, you can add:

  • Full‑body poses: 60 euros each
  • Head poses: 35 euros each
  • Props or accessories: 20 euros per drawing

Example: a sword with two drawings = 40 euros.

7. Final delivery

After the remaining payment is completed, you receive:

  • Final files in 350 dpi (JPG, PNG, TIFF or PDF)
  • Source files in PSD or CLIP

CHARACTER DESIGN PRICING

My rates allow me to deliver a detailed, consistent character design tailored to your project’s needs. Below is a clear breakdown of pricing depending on the content you want included in your character sheet.

Basic character sheet (4 drawings)

Includes two full‑body poses (3/4 front and 3/4 back) and two head details. Price: 160 €

Optional additional content

  • Full‑body pose: 60 €
  • Head pose: 35 €
  • Props / accessories: 20 € per drawing (Example: a sword with two drawings = 40 €)

Each character sheet includes:

  • Initial sketch
  • Lineart
  • Final color
  • Two revision rounds at no extra cost
  • Delivery in high resolution (350 dpi) and source files (PSD or CLIP)

Additional revisions: 20 € per change

Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Protecting your ideas is an essential part of my work. If your project includes sensitive information, original concepts or material you’re not ready to share publicly, you can request a Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we begin.

This document ensures that everything you share with me —scripts, characters, worldbuilding, documents or any creative material— will be handled with complete confidentiality and will not be disclosed or used outside the project.

Signing the NDA is not mandatory. Some clients prefer to use it for peace of mind, while others don’t find it necessary. Either way, it’s available for you to review and use if you wish.
