Educational Comic Campaign for a Women’s Health Brand
The Challenge
A women’s health and cosmetic company approached Santaplix with an unusual communication challenge.
The goal was to create a series of educational comic strips featuring anthropomorphic representations of female intimate anatomy. The illustrations needed to be engaging, approachable and memorable while communicating health-related information with clarity and respect.
The greatest challenge was finding the right visual language: the characters had to be expressive and full of personality without becoming sexualized, vulgar or uncomfortable for the audience.

The Solution
Santaplix worked closely with the client throughout an iterative design process to develop a cast of distinctive characters, each with its own personality, visual traits and accessories.
Every design decision—from facial expressions and proportions to costumes, props and environments—was carefully considered to create a friendly and inclusive visual identity that supported the educational goals of the campaign.
Once the character designs were established, they became the foundation for a series of comic strips set in different scenarios, allowing complex health topics to be communicated through humor, storytelling and accessible visual language.

The Result
The final campaign transformed a sensitive subject into an engaging educational experience.
By combining character design, sequential storytelling and clear visual communication, Santaplix helped create a series of illustrations that informed without intimidating, demonstrating how narrative design can make even the most unconventional topics approachable and easy to understand.
